Grand River Rubber & Plastics Co. was born out of the acquisition of the Ashtabula Division of Geneva Rubber in 1976. Since then we have been specializing in lathe cut washers, tubular gaskets and flat drive belts. Over the years we have grown from modest annual sales of under $1 million and a work force of 40 people to over $35 million in annual sales and 200 employees.

Our employees have enabled our growth with their hard work and dedication. Grand River Rubber & Plastics Co. employees have always understood the meaning of being customer driven. All employees must accept, as a condition of employment, the necessity of exceeding each customer’s expectations every time.

In 1998 Grand River Rubber & Plastics Co. formalized its quality journey by becoming registered to the QS-9000 quality standard and later to ISO 9001:2000. This achievement is a confirmation of the commitment to quality that must be evident in everything we do.
