Where are you located?
Our address is 2029 Aetna Road. This is on the Southeast side of Ashtabula, off State Road and near Route 11.
What is the starting wage?
Our Training wage is $19.20 (includes base rate and COLA). The majority of our jobs are paid on an incentive basis. The more quality product you produce the more you earn.
Are you hiring?

Are you hiring entry-level?
Yes, we hire entry-level workers.
What types of jobs are available?
We have a variety of production jobs available. A majority of our new hires start as Vacation Replacements. Workers in this role get trained in multiple production positions within the plant. One key advantage is that this allows the new worker to find the position that best suits their natural abilities and where they can earn the highest wages.
Do you drug test?
Yes, we conduct drug screening as required by the state of Ohio.
What are the shift hours?
2nd shift is from 3 P.M. to 11 P.M.
3rd shift is from 11 P.M. to 7 A.M.
1st shift is from 7 A.M. to 3 P.M. – 1st shift openings are rarely available to new hires.
Do you need a diploma/GED to be hired?
We prefer those who have a diploma/GED. Those we have hired who don’t have a diploma or GED have committed to a process where they will obtain their GED.
What are the skill and experience requirements?
Experience working in manufacturing is beneficial, but we do hire people who have never worked in manufacturing before. In general, employees who are successful have the ability to mentally focus on the task at hand and are capable of meeting the physical demands of the job.
