Cancellation Policy

Orders can be adjusted or cancelled up to 6 weeks before the order has started manufacturing at Grand River Rubber UNLESS:

1. Material has been ordered and in production at our material supplier(s) or in house at Grand River Rubber.
2. Part is already in the manufacturing process.
3. Parts were already produced and placed on inventory.

We will make every effort to accommodate order adjustments or cancellations.  Please contact our customer service department or your sales representative.
